Shipping Rates for Hong Kong & Macau

Orders of HK$380 or above – FREE
Orders under HK$380 – a flat shipping rate of HK$36 will be applied per order.

Shipping Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. Our automated system will send you email updates as your order moves through the process.

Our warehouse and operation team operate from 9.30am to 6pm on weekdays, so orders that are received late Friday through the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Estimated Delivery Time

We normally use SF Express to ship our orders. Tracking details will be provided via email as your order is completed. Under a normal circumstance, it takes 2-3 working days to be delivered in the Hong Kong locations.

Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses

We do not ship to PO boxes addresses.
